This is our #1 question. No, we stay in hotel style rooms with two double beds and a private bath.

Great! Friday night is our "Real Men's BBQ", Three "squares" on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. We have a few snacks along the way.

Check-In on Friday 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Check-out on Sunday at 11:45am
We will send a detailed schedule in the days leading up to the event.

Due to the physical nature of various components, boys need to have completed 1st grade and up.

Because so many have requested this in the past, we are providing an additional option to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. Please note that this price difference reflects the additional fees that the retreat charges for these rooms.

Weatherford Hall:

Each room has one double bed and one single bed and  a private bathroom. This building does not have air-conditioning. All linens and towels are provided.

Cost for father & one son: $350  ($125 for each additional son)

Blue Ridge Center:

Each room in Blue Ridge Center is equipped with air conditioning, two queen beds, and private baths. All linens and towels are provided.

Cost for father & one son: $425  ($125 for each additional son)

Rooms in Blue Ridge Center are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is our annual fall event. Our plan is to host this event the weekend before Labor Day weekend each year.
