Impress your family with this simple Table Trick with two forks, two toothpicks and the salt shaker. Watch the “How To” video on YouTube.
Ask This:

When it comes to our lives we need balance too. Is it possible that we can get out of balance in life? [yes] What does it look like to have a life that is out of balance? I want to talk about how we balance our work, school, and family time. Sometimes, it can be hard to find the right mix, but I want to make sure that we’re all doing our best to be there for each other. Finding the right balance can help us enjoy more quality time together.
Ask This:
Where was the dad in the video out of balance? How did it make the girl feel? Do I or your mom ever make you feel that way? Is there something we could do differently to make more time for each other during the week?
Say/Do This:
Let’s see what the Bible says about our time. Read Ephesians 5:15, 16. Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:15,16
